We offer a 30-day return policy from the date you receive your item.
To be eligible for a return:
The item must be unused and in the same condition you received it.
The item must be in its original packaging.
Proof of purchase is required.
Certain items may not be eligible for return due to hygiene or safety reasons (such as opened skincare or personal care products).
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
The following items are non-refundable:
Opened or used personal care or skincare products
Gift cards
Final sale or clearance items
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
If you need to exchange an item, please contact us at support@velari.com with your order number and photos of the issue.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We will resolve the issue promptly.
If you haven’t received your refund yet:
Check your bank account again.
Contact your credit card company or bank (processing times may vary).
